Sustainability impact

Fabric to finish

Impact is not a certificate at the end of the line. It is four stages, measured per style against a 2019 baseline — and reported whether or not the numbers flatter us.

  1. 01

    Fabric

    Yarn, dyeing, weaving

    • −38% Water in dyeing
    • 41% Indigo re-used
    • ΔE 0.6 Shade tolerance
  2. 02

    Cut & Sew

    Markers, panels, assembly

    • −12% Fabric waste
    • 89% Marker efficiency
    • Laser Panel cutting
  3. 03

    Wash

    Desizing to finish

    • −94% Water per garment
    • Zero Pumice stones
    • Ozone Instead of bleach
  4. 04

    Finish

    Press, trim, quality

    • −61% Energy in drying
    • Solvent-free Coatings & trims
    • Repair-first Quality control

Figures from verified programmes 2021–2026, measured with the Higg MSI and ZDHC wastewater limits.

Methodology

How we arrive at the numbers.

2019 baseline
Each programme is compared against the conventional process for the same style family, using 2019 as the fixed reference year.
Higg MSI
Material impacts are assessed with the Higg Materials Sustainability Index so that fabric choices can be compared on a common basis.
ZDHC wastewater limits
Wet-process results are checked against the ZDHC wastewater guideline, so that lower water use does not hide a more concentrated discharge.
Per style, not per factory
We report by style because that is the unit a brand can act on. A factory average hides the washes that cost the most.
